Price & Availability

Christmas and New Year: £400 per week.
May, June, July, August, September: £325 per week.
Rest of year: £225 per week.

Prices based on Sat - Sat.  As a guide, additional days are £40 - £50 per day with a minimum of 70% of the weekly rate for short breaks.   Discounts on 2nd or further weeks.  That sounds confusing - please ask for a price for the holiday you want!

No extra charges - linen, heating etc. all included.   

Non-refundable deposit of £100.  The deposit must reach us within 14 days of the booking.  Full payment must reach us 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.

We accept payment by cheque or PayPal. 

The cottage should be left clean and tidy.

Unless by prior arrangement, entry is after 4pm and the cottage should be vacated by 10am.

The WiFi access seems to be reliable and easy for someone with a laptop to use but we cannot guarantee this.

The calendar below gives an indication of availability.  Green boxes are available dates.  The dates refer to nights spent in the cottage.
