Wildlife

A list of wildlife we've seen around the cottage.  If you find the order a bit odd it's because it is sort of chronological.

Robin, Blackbird, Carrion Crow, Rook, Magpie, Starling, Blue Tit, Great Tit, Coal Tit, Goldfinch, Pheasant, House Sparrow, Yellowhammer, Nuthatch, Great Spotted Woodpecker,  Swallow, Bullfinch, Greenfinch, Collared Dove, Red-Legged Partridge, Pied Wagtail, Stock Dove, Buzzard, Long-Tailed Tit, Fieldfare, Redwing, Willow Warbler, Goldcrest and Sparrowhawk. 

Dead Barnacle Goose in the field (Dec 2025) maybe doesn't count!

 Red Admiral, Small Toroiseshell, Ringlet, Peacock, Orange-tip, Green-veined White, Small White, Wall, Painted Lady, Speckled Wood, Large White.

Rabbit, Hare, Red Squirrel (not seen for a few years but again in Dec 2025), Roe Deer.
